Ordering & Shipping

 Our goal at  Stitch On It Direct is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible.

Please note that the shipping price charged in your cart is for actual cost of
Priority Mail Service.
Most orders should be received within 4 days or less in the United States
(give or take a day for Sundays and Holidays).

We pride ourselves on “Customer Service” and our staff is committed to
shipping an order within 24 HOURS of receipt.

 We do not charge HANDLING FEES…and,
there are No Additional  Fees for .. “RUSH ORDERS”.

If an item is backordered, all other items available for shipment will be
shipped immediately. There are No Additional Shipping Charges
when backordered items ship.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:  All U.S. orders over $100.00 are shipped FREE.  

AS OF JANUARY 18, 2009 PRIORITY MAIL HAD A HUGE INCREASE
FOR ALL SHIPMENTS MADE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

 ******All customers requiring delivery outside of the United States,
MUST EMAIL US FIRST.
 Please email list of items in which you intend on purchasing along with
a complete shipping address... including postal code.

Any fee, tax or duty that your government chooses to assess
is the Customer’s responsibility.

On-Line Ordering
Our secure shopping cart will direct you through each step necessary to place your order. For your convince we accept all electronic payments using PayPal. Including Credit Card payments.

 You do not have to be a PayPal member to use this service. There is absolutely no charge to you.

Ordering By Mail
If you would rather not shop on line, please chick HERE for a Printable Order Form.

Print the form, fill in all order information, attach your Check or Money Order made out to Stitch On It Direct, include your Phone Number and eMail address in case we need to contact you, then mail everything to the address on the form.

All shipments will be held until funds have cleared.
There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

**All checks and money orders must be drawn on United States Banks in US Dollars.

All items are packed securely and special attention given to breakable items. We will do our best to ship your order within 24 hours.  If there are any delays we will email you with a confirmed shipping date.  We want you to start on your new project as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our main concern.

Returns
*Returns can not be accepted on Fabric, Fibers, Leaflets, Charts, Instruction Packs, Opened Kits, "Sale" items and Special Orders.

You must eMail us for a Return Authorization Number. Returns without an RA# WILL NOT be accepted. All returns must be made within 7 days of order receipt.

Please email  CustomerService@stitchonitdirect.com with your return request.

All items must be securely packed, giving special attention to fragile/breakable items.

If we made an error, we will gladly make the correction, or credit your account appropriately.
